Design 2689 130 Classic Motoryacht

This boat was designed for a repeat customer. He originally owned a 200' Sparkman & Stephens designed motoryacht and he wanted to capture the same aesthetic in a smaller and more manageable vessel. This design is 130' overall. Here's a snapshot of his original boat (design #2034), circa 1975.

He then asked us to design a sailing yacht of the same name of 126' overall. It's an interesting motorsailer design (design #2477), circa 1984, shown below. Both of these yachts are still in operation today.

The new design is powered by twin Caterpillar 3512 B diesel engines rated at 2,250hp each for a top speed of 23 knots and 20 knot cruise. The construction is all aluminum. The boat features an outdoor pool on the expansive aft deck.
